It is not necessary to make a reservation specifically for the indoor playground. However, it is wise to make a reservation so that you are guaranteed a table in our restaurant while the kids are enjoying themselves in the play area.

Almost all of our restaurants have an indoor playground especially for small children, often with ball pits. Here, they can entertain themselves for hours before, during, and after dinner, while their parents can relax at the table. This makes Happy Italy a true family restaurant where everyone can have the time of their lives.
The indoor playgrounds are not all the same. All playgrounds have a large climbing frame where kids can climb and clamber, often with a ball pit, and some even have a slide to slide down. And which is the best playground? That’s a journey of discovery you’ll have to explore for yourself.
What can you expect from the indoor playground?
Imagine: you pick up your child from school, but have no idea what to do together in the afternoon. You walk past Happy Italy and decide to go inside. You order something to drink and your child goes to play in Happy Italy’s indoor playground. They can climb and clamber, play with the balls in the ball pit, and crawl through the tunnels in the play equipment. A real adventure for young children.

What age group is the Happy Italy indoor playground suitable for?
The Happy Italy indoor playground is suitable for young children, toddlers, and preschoolers. The playground is not suitable for older children over the age of 10.
Does a supervisor need to be present when my children want to play in the indoor playground?
As long as there is a supervisor nearby at the playground equipment, children are welcome to come and play in the Happy Italy indoor playground.
Is the indoor playground free to enter?
Yes, children can play in the indoor playgrounds for free. We would really appreciate it if parents would choose a table to have a bite to eat at Happy Italy while their children are playing.
Does every Happy Italy have an indoor playground?
Almost all of our different locations have an indoor playground. Only Happy Italy Kop van Zuid does not have playground equipment.
Does Happy Italy also have an outdoor playground?
No, unfortunately Happy Italy does not have an outdoor playground. Only Happy Italy Sandelingen has an outdoor playground. When the weather is nice, we set up inflatable bouncers at Happy Italy Nieuwegein.
